Respected Sir, Most humbly and respectfully I want to say that (1) a law should be made that those person who has built their buildings on road and brought their roof or window over road. Their building part should be destroyed from road. (2) Police and army both should be deployed at Nepal border (near Raxaul, East Champaran, Bihar) by which smugglers could be caught and punished. Police don't take action on them. (3) Dalal should be removed from the process of selling land and building. Special website should be developed by which people could directly buy their lands and buildings on registering there. (4) Every advocate / lawyer should be given sallary because a large number of advocate / lawyer are not able to buy essential goods for him and his family.
