With due respect I want to enlighten you to the current scenario of private schools. Government are encouraging privatization in all sectors telling educated youth to stand on their own legs stressing that it is impossible to give government jobs to everyone then is it not the responsibility of governments to at least look after private teachers ? There are teachers who work for 7000 to 8000 rupees which even don't match with the basic salary as registered by CBSE . Furthermore School management never support their teachers. Teachers in government school receive at least 40 days of training to get inside to get a hold of their problems and to develop their subject knowledge, private schools on the other hand get no such support not only this, Teachers are also call to school on the days of the festival and have to work even on sundays.
Kindly pay your attention towards private schools teachers as well.

Sir
I would like to suggest that every citizen of India should serve In defense services. Every citizen should learn basic defense techniques. I have lived seven-year in foreign countries and every citizen of those countries where I lived served in their defense services irrespective of their profession. We have example in front of our eyes, Russia vs Ukraine. Both countries are fighting because every citizen of these countries knows how to defend themselves. I suggest that every college institute after +2 must have defense services subject and that to compulsory. I am a medical graduate and studied abroad. In our university, we had war medicine subject that was compulsory for citizens of that country taught by defense personnel only. Similarly, engineering and other colleges also had similar subjects. Why can't we have it? Why we are limiting our exposure? I may be physically unfit but my other skills like my professional knowledge can be helpful anytime at the time of emergency.

The violent agitation against Agnipath is being fomented by anti-nationals; not the young who wish to do armed service for the nation. Do not withdraw or even modify Agnipath please. Withdrawal of the three agricultural laws was a big mistake. The people who want to break Bharat got emboldened by this utterly foolish withdrawal and have now pounced on Agnipath as an opportunity to destabilize Bharat and its Govt. Please reintroduce the three agricultural laws.

as the population is rising continuously unemployment rate is also increasing I want to say that as there is shot service commision in army i.e 15year of job and retirement with pension this should be implemented in all govt organization in order to give new opportunity to youth and more employment opportunities will be created. And the retired employees will get benefit of exserviceman if they want to do job after retirement in private sector only.
