MoHUA has launched various programs such as the Smart City Mission (SCM) to tackle the urban issues of the nation. SCM is an urban regeneration and modernization program of the government with the mission to develop cities across the country. The Ease of Living Index is one of its initiatives that is quantified across three pillars: quality of life, economic ability, and sustainability. The fourth pillar i.e. Citizen Perception Survey assesses the sense of people's outlook on their respective cities and validates the analysis performed on the previous three pillars. This survey would allow us to comprehend citizens' perceptions on quality of life in their cities. Quality Council of India (QCI) believes there is no better platform to reach the target audience than "PM's Mann ki Baat" to inform Indian citizens about the need for active participation. Hon'ble PM, recruitment under Agniveer Scheme should be completely stopped. It is causing Vandalism and Train firing incidents in different States specially in Bihar by anti-social elements. Government should completely stop direct recruitment in defense forces. In defense forces, direct entry should be replaced by service on deputation from Para Military forces and Police forces personnel to join defense forces on deputation basis for four years. After then, those deputationists, whose ACR or APAR for all four years are found OUTSTANDING and found physically & mentally fit, should be permanently observed in a specific type of service i.e. in Army, Navy, Air force, Naval Academy or OTA, otherwise be repatriated back in parent services. These types of schemes should be made applicable for all types of recruitment in Defense forces. In the changing norms of global policies, there is urgent requirement to be routed the entry in defense forces through Para Military forces & Police forces.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I request you to announce in your Man Ki baat parents care leave (PCL) to those govt staff who have very old mother or father to take care of. At present Child Care Leave (CCL) is in vogue for woman staff to take care of their children upto the age of 18. But there is no provision for mother care leave or father care leave. This leave can be given to those who have elderly parents of 85 years or more old. This will give relief to lacs of very sr citizens who are dependent on assisted living. In village area people cutting tree they can't focus on safety of tree how the gov create awareness. why in Jammu and Kashmir start target Killing by terrorist what mistake happened by local police. I request to gov established own commado of Jammu and Kashmir focus on iner part of state and uses latest technology .

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी अग्निपथ योजना को तत्काल वापस ले यह योजना युवाओं पे जबरन नहीं थोपे। 4 साल की भर्ती के लिए कोन सा युवा अपनी जान की बाजी लगाएगा। 4 साल के बाद वह फिर बेरोजगार हो जाएगा। यह योजना युवाओं के अनुकूल नहीं है। इस योजना को वापस लेने की कृपा करे। सबसे ज्यादा युवा 23 से 27 साल के है जो बेरोजगार है और सेना मै जाना चाहते है । उनके बारे में नही सोचा गया। इस योजना को वापस लेने मै ही देश का हित होगा। देश मै शांति बनाए रखने के लिए यह योजना सरकार वापस ले।
