Previous goverment has wast my life times for joing a job whichever I can not gain again. But this days how possible a students is join a job, that the time is make his/her carriers through the education in the age of 17 to 23. Other side you promised that you are tring to develops the students carriers or helping them to earning more experience in life or more education. If you gives them facilities for future education then it is perfect scheme, that mean earning to learning. If it is not implement in your scheme then the student has lost their learning graduations. In India is goning to learning free upto graduation. So, How can a student has giveup learnings more in life? A student is appearning in Class VIII to Class X at age of 17, how can he lost his time for HS or graduation learning.

I would like to recommend idea of mandating government college graduates to serve country for minimum 2 years. Engineers/doctors from government colleges should be mandated to serve country since they are educated by taxes paid by all class of people. Most of them focuses to pursue carrier abroad. Intelligent students are good resources which Indian government can use in different sectors to carve further path. IITians are some of the excellent tribe of students that can endeavor great heights. Then why not using them.
