MoHUA has launched various programs such as the Smart City Mission (SCM) to tackle the urban issues of the nation. SCM is an urban regeneration and modernization program of the GOI with the mission to develop cities across the country. The Ease of Living Index is one of its initiatives that is quantified across three pillars: quality of life, economic ability, and sustainability. The fourth pillar i.e. Citizen Perception Survey assesses the sense of people's outlook on their respective cities and validates the analysis performed on the previous three pillars. Citizen Perception Survey would allow us to learn citizens' perceptions of the quality of life in their cities. Quality Council of India (QCI) believes there is no better platform to reach the target audience than "PM's Mann ki Baat" to inform Indian citizens about the need for active participation. Respected PM Sir, I want to discuss on situation of employees of pvt companies. Nobody have been taken care of it. Every time employers are twisting the arms of employees which is seen at the time of corona pandemic. All employers have been deducted the salaries but no one decrease there own expenses. This employees given the taxes to all govt because salaries given to them after tax deduction. Govt will increased the salaries of govt employees but no body worries for employees of pvt sector. Many employers have not given the salaries and statuary payments on time. All of this situation increases the mental stress of this employees and create alarming situation in future.You are the only one which do something for it. And create a mechanism for it which taken care of this category.
