Dear Mr.PM.for north chennai of TN state we the local train travellers are getting daily delay to reach ba d back home on on time of 8.am to 9.00am and evening 20.00hsr to 21.hrs.because this railway route has only two tracks past 65years.when express trains comes the local trains are hold in station.after through passing all express train further the local trins are moving.this is what uncleared by the govt of inda department of indian railways.replay.thnaks.

Sir For ease of doing Government work a necessary provision is being requested for . What happens is that NCC cadets keep on moving across the country for various training movements which includes camps and adventure activities . The sponsoring battalion or units make a reservation 60 days in advance . However due to routine selection process and dropouts the final names of cadets travelling on a pre-prepared ticket undergoes a change . While the railway has a policy to accept change of names in offline tickets , the same is not being practiced by NCC units due to possible misinterpretation of the said policy as not being applicable to NCC .
