माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, सादर नमस्कार। मैं एक युवा छात्र हूँ और देश के करोड़ों GenZ छात्रों की ओर से आपको यह पत्र लिख रहा हूँ। मैं आपका ध्यान एक बहुत गंभीर समस्या की ओर दिलाना चाहता हूँ — फ्रेशर्स के लिए नौकरी के अवसरों की भारी कमी। आज के समय में एक B.Tech या अन्य डिग्री कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद भी छात्रों को नौकरी नहीं मिल पा रही है। कंपनियाँ हर जगह “Experience” मांगती हैं, परंतु जब किसी को मौका ही नहीं मिलेगा तो अनुभव कहाँ से आएगा? यही सबसे बड़ी विडंबना है। मिडिल क्लास परिवार अपने बच्चों को पढ़ाने के लिए अपनी पूरी जमा-पूँजी लगा देते हैं, यह सोचकर कि उनका बेटा या बेटी आगे चलकर कुछ बड़ा करेगा। लेकिन हकीकत में, डिग्री पूरी करने के बाद उन्हें सिर्फ संघर्ष ही मिलता है। सरकार से मेरा निवेदन है कि — शिक्षा प्रणाली में व्यावहारिक (Hands-on) सीखने पर ज़ोर दिया जाए। सभी कंपनियों को नियम बनाया जाए कि वे हर साल अपने कर्मचारियों की संख्या के कम से कम 20% छात्रों को इंटर्नशिप दें, जिसका खर्च सरकार आंशिक रूप से वहन करे।

हाल ही में मेने TOI में एक article देखा ।उसमें Centre की तरफ से CS को निर्देश थे कि कोर्ट में सरकार के विरुद्ध कम से कम case registered किए जाएं इसका मायने तो ये हुआ कि burocracy को law abuse करने का फुल मौका। Protocol की आड में Public का harassment. यह निर्देश सरासर आम जनता को न्याय न देने वाला होगा । वर्तमान में Tribunals, CPGRAMS, OMBUDSMAN इत्यादि COMPLET FAILURE . आखिर में सब COURT का रस्ता दिखाते हैं। मैं पहले भी इसका जिक्र कर चुका हूं।
