We need to reduce dependency on DRDO. Govt must start Design Link Incentive to MSME or Industries who design their own product. Why HAL cannot develop Tejas MK2 when they have design of Tejas MK1? Why to depend upon ADA? If HAL has designed Tejas MK2, ADA might concentrate on AMCA. Our PSUs or private Giant must act like Boing or Safran. If each companies have their own R & D Deptt, there might not be brain drain.

Modi ji, there is an increasing trend of labour exploitation in corporate sector jobs. Employees are abused, forced to work overtime, paid unfair wages and there is no job security. Any day he may be asked to leave and if anyone tries to complain against injustice, then he or she is either terminated or faces adverse consequences. Corporate jobs are the future of jobs in India, so it the duty of government to stop labour exploitation and stop begar(unfair wages) so that the constitutional right of Right Against Exploitation prevails. Please convey through Mann ki Baat about the remedial steps you will take to save Labour Rights in India

4. Oct 31st is National Unity day. In our India various culture, language, food etc. We follow Unity in diversity in many centuries. As my thought process, this cultural roots helped as to survive invasion time as well. We are just coming out, from low economic, poverty etc.Still progress is required to achieve some position and maintaining that as well like glorious past...Similarly to make India Vishwaguru. We can see in India all the places Sanadana dharmic epics like Ramayana, Mahabharatha people following one or the other. These epics are taught as dharmic ways which is there for 1000 s of years. We have to continue the unity, our Nation is one. we may differ in language, culture or food etc. But our ultimate goal, end result is one ness. We are Indians.
