सरकार “स्वदेशी अपनाो–आत्मनिर्भर बनो” राष्ट्रीय अभियान चलाए, जिसमें हर नागरिक को भारतीय उत्पाद अपनाने की शपथ दिलाई जाए।

Many young doctors in India have immense potential and fresh ideas but are often denied opportunities to lead or innovate due to rigid hierarchies where seniority outweighs merit. Instead of channeling their energy into patient care, research, and public service, they spend years trying to gain approval or visibility, leading to frustration and lost motivation. This culture slows India’s medical progress despite its talented workforce. I humbly request development of India-specific medical practice guidelines based on real resource settings, mandatory research participation for all doctors, and creation of a national medical data repository through AIIMS or ICMR. Such initiatives will ensure ethical leadership, equal opportunity, and evidence-based, self-reliant healthcare growth.

To Honourable Prime Minister Sir, Respected Sir, It is not a topic to be shared in Mann Ki Baat. I have a grievance, which I felt to take to your notice. I filed my grievances four times in Write to the Prime Minister Portal, but none was brought to your notice. Fourth one was closed directly. Rest were directed in different directions at will. Even though, I requested to take my grievance to your notice, deaf ears were paid to them. My request to suggest me procedure to take things to your notice was ignored. As I do not have any other alternative, I am writing here. I perfectly know that writing now will be of no use, and it is 100 percent waste and mindless work. But I wish to express my feelings to you and hence I am writing here . I do not know whether this will be considered or not.
