Relation of police with public is very important factor to keep law and order condition good. For very police's behaviour all police's honour is hampered. This should be controlled.

SIR: Various government sponsored scheme and grants do nit reach needy due to lack of awareness. The state government's should contribute their efforts towards 100 per cent implementation of Central and state schemes for the poor people's welfare as these are no longer limited to certain people and reaching everyone without discrimination. The implementation of these welfare schemes will bring a behavioural changes in the lives of people. Especially in karnataka and Goa it's poor.
