Apart from managing sinking economy, lower collection of taxes, higher unforeseen expenditure on health care and public welfare, tension on borders, Government has another big responsibility to keep the morale of citizens high.

Government is for governance. It has to strengthen its working as regulatory authority. Instead government is entering in something which is not its business. Some questions have the answers hidden therein. One such question is "Is government a business organization which is supposed to hire employees? Why government shall run hotels? Why government shall run buses?

Government announced several economic packages to revive the economy.
Though, economy revived to some extent but industries did not pass the benefits of tax relief or other incentives neither to employees nor to customers. They instead silently raised the cost of products on one hand and on the other hand they retrenched the workers citing government directives to run the industries with lesser manpower. Many manufacturing units didn’t pay the employees the salary and other dues

This pandemic also exposed private hospitals that they can use this situation as an opportunity to make quick money. Government shall ensure availability of health services at reasonable cost for all under Ayushman Bharat during this pandemic.
