Resp sir, Research and teaching are two difffrent things. A student of UG and PG have nothing to do with Ph D . Sir a teacher qualification in degree colleges should be only PG plus NET .Sir Ph D holder for a topic in any subject does'nt make any gaurantee that such candidate have the better understanding of that subject as a whole. Sir truth is just opposite as Ph . D. holder have special knowledge of only one topic and he should be deployed only for Ph D suqervisor and not as a Assistant Prof

Resp sir why qualification of Assistaant Prof in universities is Ph. D. and in coleges its PG plus NET qualified.Sir in university interviews selection of those candidates is common of those students who did Ph D. from campus of that university. Sir this fact may be checked in any university recruitment all over India. Itp main and root cause of corruption. Sir qualification of Assistant Prof should be PG plus NET only in all universities and there should be n extra weightage for Ph . D.

Resp sir UGC Regulations should be mandatory in field of higher education across the country. Annual system of examination for evalution is best . Semester system means exams throughout the year then evakauation then result. Sir we don'nt know what would be scenario in future due to covid! In that perview also annual system of exam in all universities of India should be adopted. Its very absurd that one state adopt one system and another state some other system . Kindly instruct MHRD for that.

I suggest that a application should be made to save the rapes which are day by day increasing in india. Using AI integration with the help of experts. In india till now no girl child is free sir we should implement hard laws. Like cutting of hand of the rapist, and for decreasing the cases to 0 we should connect each and every area also each and every phone via SOS safety. This is what i think should be done. I want to india to be "sone ki chidya again" and 1st in safety measures.

Dear Sir, I suggest that we should have some department or ministry under the leadership of Respected PM Sir where Every Indian can call and give some suggestion to improve some policy/ activity which can easy life of Citizen of India. Only Selected suggestions will be implemented on ministry basis. PM Sir invite the people who are giving selected Suggestion once in 6 month or once in a year. To our Respected Prime Minister, Modi Ji...Thank you for listening to us through this medium. Its a humble request that please consider that since there is no vaccination available for kids and toddlers at the moment, they should be allowed to Travel to India on the visa that they already hold instead of putting the restrictions for OCI and other categories. Since we are Indian citizens and if a child of 3 years old is travelling with us who holds Tourist visa for 5 years should be allowed.
