Dear Sir,
In this era of modern India, we have adapted many western things. Before that, in rural areas people used to crate their own ponds of their village by teamwork and hardwork, villages had one day scheduled in every 15 days for "SAMAJIK KARYA". Therefore it is my idea that we can schedule one Sunday of a month for SAMAJIK KARYA, where people of city/village would decide a work which needs to be completed via online survey application. on that very day all people would volunteer to address the problem manually whether it is about cleanliness, sanitation, public works. this would create a connection to their own city and country. People should understand that the responsibility of city is not only of workers but of the people living in it. i got this idea when i saw villagers of a rural town of Chattisgarh , who were digging a big pit before rain as to create pond (talab) for irrigation.
The district government could take initiative of giving water and breakfast after the karya

In armed forces, If LGBTQ are acceptable under don't ask and don't tell policy why not short people? Short people from hilly terrain area are acceptable but why not from other states? Government needs to have provisions to consider males of 1.50m minimum height and female of 1.40m minimum height irrespective of the region. Who is more clever short or tall people? Clever people should be engaged accordingly.
