Namaste PM sir, As i was reading an article about data management, government officials working in field do not provide reliable data and it misleads the government for policy making and other activities as data is not correct. My suggestion would be that in today’s era most of the Indians has access to mobile phones and internet, so if it can be possible then government may conduct online surveys linked with Aadhar numbers so that the Government of India know exact numbers. And those who do not have access to mobile phones and internet can be manually surveyed. Thankyou Sir

माननीय प्रधान मंत्री जी नमस्‍कार, मैं मध्‍यप्रदेश के बैतूल जिले से विनोद कुमार मदरे मन की बात प्‍लेटफार्म पर आपके समक्ष अपनी बात रखना चाहता हूँ, आपकी अनुमति की प्रत्‍याशा में मैं यह कहना चाहता हूँ कि मैं विगत 13 वर्षो से अधिक समय से कार्यालय जिला पंचायत बैतूल में कम्‍प्‍यूटर आपरेटर के पद पर कार्य कर रहा हूँ । वर्तमान में मुझे आउटसोर्स एजेंसी के माध्‍यम से मानदेय (वेतन) भुगतान किया जा रहा हैं । माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपसे मेरी करबद्ध प्रार्थना हैं कि इस आउटसोर्स व्‍यवस्‍था को समाप्‍त कर हमारा वेतन सीधे कार्यालय के माध्‍यम से आहरित करवाने एवं समय समय पर हमे मंहगाई भत्‍तो, अवकाश का लाभ तथा अन्‍य लाभ जो शासकीय कर्मचारियो को दिये जाते हैं हमे भी प्राप्‍त हो । महोदय जी मुझ जैसे हजारो कर्मचारी आउटसोर्स कंपनीयों के माध्‍यम से शासकीय एवं अर्द्धशासकीय कार्यालय में अपनी सेवा पूर्ण निष्‍ठा एवं लगन से दे रहे हैं। इस आउटसोर्स व्‍यवस्‍था से हमे हमारा भविष्‍य सुरक्षित नजर नही आता हैं आप से निवेदन हैं कि हमारे लिए भी एक ऐसी निति बनायी जाये जिससे हम इतनी लंबी सेवा के बाद रिक्‍त पद पर नियमित हो सके।

Govt Need to amend some Sections of CrPc to monitoring the Inquiries done by Police inquiry officers. However the provision are there under Magistrate Monitoring or by the Court. But every Inquiry must be submitted before the court before lodging a FIR. As such Police officers are misleading the inquiries in most of the case therefore it is essential that their responsibilities must be fixed immediately as per provisions of law if evidences have been destoryed or helped to be destroyed by IO or by any of the culprits intentionally to provide benefit to the accused. Now a days Police IO are doing whatever they want even Court could not interfere in the Inquiry. There must be some provisions to interfere in the Police Inquiry after lodging the FIR over any citizen of India. If any Police officer is involved in any type of crime in that condition any Police officer of the state should not be allowed to conduct the Inquiry. it is be done by other agency in view Justice.

The police department functioning not doing anything good for the people a group of police personnel create criminals protect them and leash out crime against the society for monetory gains Another group of police personnel take action against these criminals and protect the society Those involved in criminal activities make money have better living conditions but those involved in preventing this harrassed and some time sacrifice their lives This is to be immediately stop The police personnel having relationship with criminals and involve in criminal activities identify dismissed from the service and put in prison

sir, fake complaint become business, business to harass truth, biggest suppotor to harass truth is "Govt dept"', mamaledar,collector, BDO, police ,these are directionless salary saff , no bylaw for the truth. top on list is our asatyameva judiciary. Goa govt office complaining is so easy, irrespective of paper ,he can claim he is owner of so and so, office consider his ownership blindly without verification of truth, best oppunity to fraudsters, issue is complaints file to harass, BDO etc admit request ,do not verify complaintant right, if he mention owner, process request if of site inspection etc, designate fraudsters is owner,issue notice fradster accompany with office & police protection. this dept helping fraudsters to do "official trespass in private owners property".(thereafter file adverse possession in third class judiciary ) no liability on staff, what is use of such dept , officer remark if I say president palace ,or governor my ,system is process request 🤔
