पीएफ सुविधा जिस व्यक्ति का है उसमें से पीएफ के गलत नीति से 40% गरीब व्यक्ति का पैसा रुका हुआ है कारण 5 साल 10 साल या 2 साल या नया व्यक्ति अपने आधार लिंक किया हुआ फोन नंबर पीएफ अकाउंट से लिंक करते हैं वह नंबर किसी कारण से व्यक्ति फिर से नहीं ले पाते और दूसरा नंबर से आधार कार्ड लिंक करते हैं इसी का फायदा पीएफ डिपार्टमेंट लेकर गरीब का पैसा नहीं देते हैं उसके मरने के बाद भी😭क्यों आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड ईएसआई,कंपनी,लिंक के जरिए उसे पैसा दे देना चाहिए पर ऐसा नहीं होता है और जो पीएफ डिपार्टमेंट को घूस देता है उसे पैसा मिल जाता है इसे रोकिए

Interview with topper, exam guidelines , admission to degree colleges - what after 10th , what after 12th --- currently every channel is bombarding us with HATE , RAPE, WAR NEWS - 24 x 7 ... can they dedicate few hours for GOOD NEWS from each of their own state or good about India ... Sir, Children/Kids are addicted to mobile.Not interest in indoor, outdoor games& conversation with parents, neighbours is becoming extinct. Further I see in place of work instead of doing their duty, half the time goes in scrolling mobile screen ( WhatsApp , Istagram or F.B) The output of work in comparison to salary is less today. I think restrictions should be imposed in using of Mobile during office hours. All urgent message should be diverted to Supervisor or Receptionist who may convey to concerned person. Public holidays should be reduced and converted to casual leave, so that it can be taken when needed. Public transport free for women should be restricted to only those who belong to poor or low income group. Instead Let government give subside in medicines Thanks

Respected Sir Small library in every government hospital is a dream project in my mind. I have started such small library at ESIC hospital Solapur Maharashtra in November 2019. Aims in my mind 1.Healing the patients pain& hardships through reading inspiring him for recovery, 2.Inspiring the attending relatives to cope up with the situation &be positive in handling the situation 3 inspiring the health workers including Drs, nursing staff assistants& administrative staff to handle the stress of job through reading & be positive towards the patients care 4 reduce the over &misuse of mobile,/digital media at hospitals by patients, relatives & health care workers The selection of books was done considering the age groups,the emotional requirements, the overall educational & cultural backgrounds of patients & relatives.
