Social Cause Linked Creative Artifacts
While PM Modi is encouraging young talent to come out with their best in creative and business fields, a 'link' to a causation can be quite helpful in rejuvenating India.
For example, even commercial films besides innovations by young talent could be 'linked' with a social cause by sharing a percentage of the profits, larger percentage still better. One such social cause could be 100% rehabilitation of beggars all over India.
A film maker can register for a causation (MyGov can prepare a list of social causes) and there could be strong motivating returns from the government and public. The management of social causes can be driven by successful and affluent women groups, like wives and daughters of hughly successful businesses houses.
The linking can be energized by ample concessional considerations.
This could accelerate Viksit Bharat abhiyaan.

Govt should focus on making the police force people friendly, they should ensure the police personnel are all well trained in speaking and in manners when talking to normal citizens, people should be proud of the police force and should not be afraid to lodge complaints or seek police help

Use of Design Inputs & participation of Designers (not to confuse with architects) is very low in govt contracts, simple things like forms and challans are poorly designed, non standard text , font styles and general UI guidelines are not followed, even in very simple basic things like footpath, standard foot path design guidelines are not followed, slabs used to cover shoulder drains are not yet standardized (even after 75 years) , Rain water harvesting is not strictly followed in all govt buildings and public spaces rain water harvesting should be compulsory. design of roads in cities and towns is not standardized..(why can we follow a standard specification all over the country) all weather roads and footpaths, platform heights in train stations are not the same, why?? fundamentally lots of design standards and use of designer and designers need to be encouraged in all govt and public projects.. as architects designers should be made a must in all projects of public interest...
