Hi Sir, There is low voting %, around 65%: - Low participation from literate urban citizens - Parties misguide lower income class - Promises are against national/economic interest - Push for higher reservation Maybe there needs to be a push from Govt. to get increase %. - Make Bank interest higher by 2% for voters and 3% lower for non-voters - 5% higher income tax for non-voters and lower for voters - Companies to pay 10% higher income tax if holiday not announced - Measures to be in place only for 10 years or achieving 90-95% of voting - There may be a lower impact on banks, as largely many people with accounts and higher savings are non-voters - Even if there is some impact, that would get adjusted as freebies would reduce thanks

Sir, It is well established by now that DoWRRDGR have misused DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 for removal/dismissal as major penalty under CCS (CCA) Rules 14 in DoWRRDGR premature retirement order dated 12.12.17 under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. This has repeatedly been brought to notice of all concerned in DoWRRDGR, however, rather than cancelling premature retirement order Department have preferred justification for premature retirement through Department letter dated 4.10.24 with detachment of Presidential approval under Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 from the Order and concluded with claiming payment of leave encashment on 4.10.24 against Presidential pleasure for grant of Extra Ordinary Leave on 12.11.20. Hence, I request appropriate changes/modification in DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules to undo retirement order dated 12.12.17.
