Sir, It is well established by now that DoWRRDGR have misused DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 for removal/dismissal as major penalty under CCS (CCA) Rules 14 in DoWRRDGR premature retirement order dated 12.12.17 under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. This has repeatedly been brought to notice of all concerned in DoWRRDGR, however, rather than cancelling premature retirement order Department have preferred justification for premature retirement through Department letter dated 4.10.24 with detachment of Presidential approval under Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 from the Order and concluded with claiming payment of leave encashment on 4.10.24 against Presidential pleasure for grant of Extra Ordinary Leave on 12.11.20. Hence, I request appropriate changes/modification in DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules to undo retirement order dated 12.12.17.

Sir, I am happy to share with you the few lines of my Tamil poem BANYAN TREE, the National Tree of our Nation, recited in the Republic Day National Symposium of Poets 1995 held in New Delhi and broadcast by the All India Radio on the Eve of Republic Day. ஆலமரம் நான் அற்புத விருட்சம். அணுவுக்குள் இருக்கும் ஆற்றலைப் போல மிகச்சிறு விதைக்குள் அடங்கியிருந்த விசுவரூபம் நான். தியாகக் குருதியின் சேற்றில் முளைத்து யுகங்களின் தாகம் தேக்கிய விழிகளின் கண்ணீர்த் துளிகளால் வளர்ந்த மரம் நான்.​ விந்திய இமய முடிமுதல் விரிந்த குமரிக் கடல் வரை பரந்து நிற்கும் என் கிளைகள் பசுமை மாறாத பால் மனம் கொண்டதால் வறட்சியைத் தாங்கி வளர்ந்த மரம் நான். என் பரந்த நிழலுக்காகவும் பழத்தின் சுவைக்காகவும் நேசமாய் வந்தமரும் பறவைகளின் பாசறை நான். பற்பல வண்ணப் பறவை இனங்களின் மொழிகள் என்னவோ வேறு வேறுதான் பாடும் பண்ணின் சிந்தனை மட்டும் என்றென்றும் ஒன்று. நான் உழைக்கும் பறவைகளின் என்னை வீழ்த்த முடியவில்லையே என புயல்கள் என்னை வீழ்த்த முடியவில்லையே என புயல்கள் புலம்பிச் செல்கின்றன கம்பீரமாக நிற்பேன்.

Sir, I am a college student and made a project on how to decrease rape and empower women so that they easily handle the situation and fight against the rapist. I have designed a gloves that protect girls from getting raped and harassed.
