18th attempt on Mann Ki Baat Dear PM Sir - Every citizen born in India comes under one of these 4 categories: A - Open B - BC/OBC C - SC D - ST Based on this classification, caste certificates are issued for a citizen several times during her lifetime for various purposes. Instead of issuing caste certificates, we can introduce Adhar Category of A, B, C or D that will go on Adhar Card based on the same classification. This will eliminate the use of caste certificates in the country forever. Reservations should remain the same. A child will inherit the Adhar Category of her parent(s) whichever is lower as A > B > C > D. The presence and use of caste certificates in the constitution endorses the caste system. It is child abuse and a crime to put a caste on a newborn child as she is forced to live under its burden forever without any fault of hers. It is time for us to move away from the age-old caste system and eliminate the caste epithet from our society. See PDF file.

आपने सर योजना तो बहुत अच्छी अच्छी चला रखे लेकिन सिस्टम मे जो लोग बैठे हैं वो सही से चलने नहीं दे रहे हैं

मै सबसे पहले प्रधान मंत्री जी को शादर प्रणाम करता हूं और उनहोंने जो भी किया सब अच्छा किया मै यही कहना चाहता हूँ की आवास योजना मे जो पैसे मिलते हैं उसको बढा दीजिए कम से कम 200,000 दो लाख कर दीजिए दुसरी बात आप निचे के तबके के बारे में बात नहीं करते उसके बारे में भी बोलिए तीसरी बात पंचायती राज्य के बारे मे मै समझना चाहता हूं की अगर पंचायती सिस्टम खत्म कर दिया जाय तो किया होगा कयोंकि इस सिस्टम मे बहुत झोल हैं इसमें बहुत बंदर वांट होती है एक बात और एक घर एक नौकरी संभव है जिस आदमी में जैसी योग्यता हो उसे उसी परकार का काम मिलें सरकारी नौकरी मे अभी का जो हिसाब है उस हिसाब से किसी घर में 5/6 आदमी नौकरी में है किसी घर में एक भी नहीं है बहुत ही असमानता है जिससे गरीबी बढ रही हैं मुझे तो अभी तक घर नहीं मिला है इस योजना के अंतर्गत आपसे आग्रह कर रहा हुं सर मुझे अभी तक घर नहीं मिला है (सकल देव ठाकुर)
