मेरा विचार है कि जब हम कोई योजना किसी विभाग में लागू करते हैं तो वह योजना सबसे पहले उसे विभाग के कर्मचारियों को लागू होना चाहिए जिससे उन लोग उससे प्रेरित होकर उसे अपनाएंगे जैसे कहीं जगह पर लोग बिजली मीटर नहीं लगेंगे या बिजली कनेक्शन नहीं लेते हैं क्योंकि विद्युत विभाग के कहीं कर्मचारियों के पास में कनेक्शन होता ही नहीं है वह मी लेते ही नहीं है तो लोग सोचते हैं कि जब आपके कर्मचारियों के पास में ही कनेक्शन नहीं है तो हम क्यों लें जिससे बिजली का बहुत दुरुपयोग हो रहा है इसके ऊपर अमल करना चाहिए मां प्रधानमंत्री जी को धन्यवाद

non conventional energy using solar wind using optimization of vane though attempted by many since being a high tech high cost project jugads does not worry it requires building testing commissioning can be used for field vehicles power generation it needs patronage of PM when done India can become superpower submitted by Prof Murthy

Please make the process of Economically Weaker Section EWS certificate online in Chhattisgarh. it's process is already in online mode in different states like West Bengal Bihar Haryana Rajasthan Uttar Pradesh Andaman and Nicobar Islands etc.
