প্রতিটি প্রাইভেট কোম্পানি তাদের নিজস্ব এমপ্লয়ি কম রেখে থার্ড পার্টিকে দিয়ে বেশি কাজ করানোর চেষ্টা করছে এতে থার্ডপার্টি কর্মচারীদের কম বেতনে বেশি পরিশ্রম করতে হচ্ছে । থার্ডপার্টি এমপ্লয়িদের কাজের কোনো গ্যারান্টি থাকছে না। এবং তাদেরকে দিয়ে যেমন খুশি কাজ করাচ্ছে এবং কতদিন কাজ থাকবে তাদের তাও কোন গ্যারান্টি থাকছে না এই নিয়ে তাদের কিছু বলারও থাকেনা কাউকে কিছু বলার থেকে না বেশি কিছু বললে কাছ থেকে বাদ দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। এই টার ব্যাপারে একটু আপনি দেখুন যাতে কোন কোম্পানি তার এরিয়ার মধ্যে কোন থার্ড পার্টিকে দিয়ে কাজ না করাতে পারে সবই নিজস্ব এমপ্লয়ি দিয়ে কাজ করাতে হবে এবং যদি থার্ডপার্টি দিয়ে কাজ করাতে হয় তা বাইরে থেকে করিয়ে নিয়ে আসতে হবে কোম্পানির মধ্যে কোন পার্টিকে দিয়ে কাজ করানো যাবে না। কোম্পানির মধ্যে প্রজেক্ট এর কাজ ছাড়া কোন এমপ্লয়ি থার্ডপার্টি এমপ্লয়ি থাকবে না।

A very common problem with citizens(especially senior citizens)is getting all services under 1 umbrella and consequently run from pillar to post wasting ma hours and manpower too.With Aadhaar,PAN,Phone numbers and email available,and AI at our disposal,can there not be a method to connect everything and thus have smooth seamless solutions?Ex BSNL needs KYC again for regular customers to merely issue 4G SIM.So if Aadhaar is a regular need for everything what extra purpose does the retinal verification serve? I gave only 1 example in a govt office where PR is concerned.With all datas available,it’s high time we cut off red tapism and move forward and use these extra manpower for some fruitful endeavour

প্রতিটি স্কুলশিক্ষকদের অন্তত তিন বছর ছাড়া একবার করে teacher eligibility test দিতে হবে কারণ প্রতি তিন বছর অন্তর যদি না উনাদের টেস্ট নেওয়া হয় তাহলে উনারা একবার চাকরি পাওয়ার পর দ্বিতীয়বার পড়াশুনোর উন্নতি করার জন্য কিছু ভাবেন না। কারণ সরকারি চাকরিতে কোনোভাবে একবার করে নিতে পারলে দ্বিতীয়বার আর ভাবার কোন প্রয়োজন নেই সারা জীবন বসে খাওয়া যাবে। তাতে ছাত্রদের উন্নতি হোক না হোক উনাদের কোন দায়িত্ব থাকে না উনারা মাসের শেষে বেতন টার জন্যই চেয়ে থাকেন বেশি। ছাত্রদের আরো কিভাবে উন্নতি করা যায় ওনাদের কিভাবে পড়ালে আরো উন্নতি হবে সেসব নিয়ে আর কিছুই ভাবেন না। যদি তিন বছর অন্ত র টিচার এ লেজিবিলিটি টেস্ট করানো হয় তাহলে উনাদের তিন বছর পরে চাকরি থাকবে কি যাবে উনার সেই নিয়ে চিন্তিত থাকবে এবং যাতে চাকরিটা থাকে তার জন্য যথাযথ চেষ্টা করবেন এবং স্কুলের প্রতি একটা দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন। এবং এই চাকরিটা থাকা এবং যাওয়ার ব্যাপারটা কিছুটা নির্ভর করানো উচিত ছাত্রদের উন্নতির ওপর নির্ভর করে উনাদের একটা মার্ক দেওয়া উচিত। এতে করে টাকা পয়সা দিয়ে চাকরি কেনার ব্যাপারটাও কমে যাবে.
