When I think about my past , I feel lot of work is pending to do, when I look my future , I feel time is not there to achieve . The job I am doing is not so impressive, I am not able to bring smiles in my family. Even I have mood to do new but lots of financial challenges others parameters are creating obstacle on my path. I am an Engineer but I do not have a single balance such that I can invest for others so that three four family can think about me . I am sorry I wrote but now a days willingness is disappearing due to three parameters .1 Do not have good mentor 2. Financial issue.3 Family responsibilities. Every private employee earning a lot but due I am such single piece , I am not satisfy with my work because of low salary . I have 15 lakhs Debts on my head. I need work where I can use my earning amount with needy poor people.

When the the government in Bangladesh was toppled, we heard a statement during a panel discussion on TV that the used injection syringes in India are washed, repacked and sold in Bangladesh. This is totally unethical and unacceptable. Possibility of such practices within our country cannot be ruled out. This practice must be curtailed immediately. The hospitals must be made to destroy or shred the injections and other medical wastes before they are handed over to the waste management bodies.

प्रधानमंत्रीजी हज के लिए पिछले वर्ष ₹50 हजार मौल्लीम का खर्च नहीं लेने की बात की मगर खर्च बढ़ गया, हज कमिटी द्वारा प्रति हाजी दो लाख रुपये ज़्यादा लिये जा रहे है। साल भर 15 से 20 दिन का उमरा 80 हजार रुपये मे सभी इंतजाम सहित आसानी से होता हैं, अगर हज का खर्च दो ढाई गुना ज्यादा समझ ले तो 2 लाख होता है फिर 4 लाख रुपये लेना और उमरा जैसा इंतजाम कमिटी नही देती, मतलब हज़ारो करोड़ का घोटाला है। हज का आधा कोटा पसमांदा तथा पैसे और वक्त की कमी से जुझने वालो के लिए 2025 से 20 दिन का स्पेशल प्रोग्राम बना सस्ता और आसान कराने मे आप स्वयं मदद कर घोटालेबाजों का पर्दाफाश करे।

Respected Prime Minister With due respect and honor I would like to draw your attention on a very important subject that is administrative reforms. Our Bureaucracy is world largest and it needs reform. though in last 10 years under your guidance and leadership many reforms initiated. I would like to suggest you that a structural reforms needed. I would suggsest that the central civil service(classification,control and appeal) rule 1965, the civil service( conduct) rule, the central secretariate service rules 2009, the fundamental rule 1922 and various other central civil service rules should be merged and make a uniform central civil service rule . it will help many staffs of the goverment. Eventhough the seasonal diseases like Dengue,Chikun kunia,etc occurs due to Mosquitos. Apart from the Drainage facilities, the Bushes in vacant plots are the main reason for Mosquito Breeding. If Bushes cleaned properly periodical, more diseases can be prevented from Mosquitoes and poisonous insects. Special Swach Taxes may be levied for the plot owners. Revenue Authorities with Health officials may be involved in cleaning the Bushes with the Tax Amount. Instead of getting panic at the affected time,Preventive plans may save the people and Government from unwanted tension. This is need for the hour to save the people and to strengthen our PM's Initiative Swach Bharat. Jai hind
