Honorable Prime Minister Shree Narendra Damodardas Modi JI I wants to draw your attention towards the reservation quota for universities of U.P. students that as like other states we do not have any reservation and therefore we have to travel other states for our graduation and post-graduation which leads so much difficulties like searching for private hostels , their rents , food etc .It becomes very problematic situation for lower middle-class students like me in which the biggest thing is cost factor, this year me and my brother too were being qualifies for courses in DU , JMU etc but we were unable to go and now we do not have any option beside staying at home and completing our graduation from any random college. therefore, I really want you to bring some attention here and provide state quota for students as like other states. Thank you Jai Shree Ram

Dear sir in previous years a lot of efforts have been put up by the Govt,Non govt organization's,Citizens to control plastic bags usage..Excellent progress is visible.Presently things has become very bad and you can find plastic single or multiple use bags every location causing pollutions issue, drains jamming, harming to animals, looking villages/towns/cities very ugly. only awareness or campaigns will not give the desired results .We need to take the following actions 1.Completely stop manufacturing the plastic bags 2.Ban the sale of plastic bags online. 3.Impose huge tax on bags sale and make them more expensive 4.Completely make zero GST for paper bags/biodegradable material bags.Make these available at lesser cost to customers . 5.Put up more tax on merchants selling plastic bags and don't give permissions. 6.Focus on biodegradable material water bottles ,support 2 top industries who do research in this field,Give import duty subsidy on machineries which manufacture these.

Respected Sie, I am leaving in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In my city I observed almost all road divider having sharp edges on top side, which can more harmful if any road accident happen. My suggestion is that if this top side portion of divider have half round shape then the injury may minimize.

Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi Ji, Greetings! You started a Swachhata Abhiyan but its result on the ground has been zero. Because neither the Panchayats nor the Government employees are aware of it. For this, some punishment and weekly or monthly fine should be determined and its responsibility should be handed over to the Panchayat Secretary or the Police. Because anarchists, Government employees who do not follow the law, those who throw and drain their garbage on roads and streets or Government land, the evildoers who pollute the neighbors and passersby, the wicked people who spread their diseases among people by contaminating the crops and fruits with their garbage, the lowly people who throw their dirty garbage and contaminated water in drains, ditches and rivers, educated and illiterate people who clean their homes and trouble others with their garbage, etc. do not follow the orders of any Panchayat and the helpless and suffering people do not want to cre
