Also we need to employ sophisticated tools to catch the perpetrators of this crime and severe punishment has to be awarded as a deterrent. it will help if our honorable PM talks about it

माननिय प्रधानमंत्री जी निवेदन यह‌ है कि Scheme Cess fund for Gig workers का दायरा बड़ा देना चाहिए जिससे कि अन्य unorganised व्यवसायों में कार्यरत लोगों को इसका लाभ भी पहुंच सके जैसे कि खासकर Security Guards जो daily 12से 13 घऺटे कि duty करते हैं और महीने के आखिर में मिलता क्या है रू12 से 13हजार अगर छुट्टी ली हो तो उसमें भी कटौती । निवेदन यह‌ है कि इनका नूयन्तम वेतन बढ़ाकर रू25000/ कर देना चाहिए तथा अवकाश महीने में 4 दिन कर देना चाहिए। PF ,Pension and Mediclaim की facility अनिवार्य होनी चाहिए। EWS category की सारी facilities मिलनी चाहिए। वर्तमान में इन लोगो का जीवन नर्क से बद्तर है। कृपया इन पर दया दृष्टि डालिए जिससे इनका भी उद्धार हो सकें। धन्यवाद।

I would like to suggest a funding scheme for improving the Indian Railways. Similar to mutual funds and deposits in banks we can encourage citizens to deposit a amount in this scheme. This scheme should give interest amount to the depositors and also give credit points/kilometres concessions in their rail travel account to enjoy the benefits.
