Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir,
In my views focus is required on old pending litigation before various courts in India.
As per available data approx 4 cr cases are pending before the courts and during lok adalat approx 2 cr cases has been settled then how again the pendency before courts remained as it is i.e. 4 cr. Meaning thereby some wrong data is being published.
Actual litigation is still running in the court in a slow motion and no one is taking care for disposal of these cases.
I would also like to meet your good self in this regard and put my views in depth.
Regards
Radhey Gopal Sharma.

Hon'ble PM Sir
Please cover Single-Use Plastic Alternatives
Why Waste Wednesdays Foundation, our NGO runs a Project, Vikalp in Delhi. In this project consumers can borrow a cloth bag by depositing Rs 20 from any of our 200 Vikalp stores. At any point of time return an intact bag across these 200 stores & take a total refund of Rs 20.
We have also identified 500 more shops that will soon be converted into Vikalp store. MCD has been providing full support to Vikalp.
Vikalp store is established in existing shops. A QR code stitched to the bag takes the consumer to Vikalp webpage where he can get the list of Vikalp stores.
We have engaged SHG ladies in stitching bags providing livelihood to them. We mainly use export surplus fabric, left over kurti fabric, reject fabric(due to dyeing error) so as to utilize waste fabric. The cloth bags are excellent value for money & can carry 7 to 8 kg weight.

Single use plastic has been banned by law from 1 July 2022.However people are using single use plastic bags and wrappers especially small vendors particularly in small towns. There has to be a systematic campaign for implementation of this ban perhaps under Swachch Bharat Yojana.

I have been waiting for a long time to hear your words on over-population. You may agree or disagree with me but you can't ignore the fact that any problem, you name it, is a direct product or byproduct of the ever increasing and spiraling population. As long as the Indian population is not stabilised and the total fertility rate (TFR) is not decreased; we can't see the rapid progress of the country. Over population has undoubtedly increased the number (quantity) of schools, colleges, universities, IITs, AIIMS and so on but there has been a steady deterioration of quality of these institutions.
