I am Narasimhan, Living in Singapore. I regularly track Indian Government reforms and activities. Both PM Modiji and EAM Jaishankar ji are rocking the world, by their humble but assertive talks and actions. Congratulation.
I had been working in the field of electronics with many MNCs as a hands on engineer for few decades. What I noticed was that the present generation of electronics engineers are not having sufficient hands on experience as most try to opt for software Jobs. This has created a demand for Hands on engineers who have both skills. I have developed a Modular electronics hands on kit which helps both students and aspiring engineers to get hands on experience. I have been visiting India (PUNE) some institutions (engineering colleges, school) and I have received positive response for my efforts. I like to manufacture this in India for India and Rest of world. I am a technical person and have no idea as to how to go about!. What are the options? Pl help to connect.

Dear Sir. We want to highlight one point to your mind that in the name of Affordable Housing Scheme most of the builders are misusing the guidelines & that too the government authorities are aware of all these issues and NOT at all serious taking up these concerns of customer. I have booked a flat at Green Court Sec 90 Gurgaon Haryana & the builder is charging undue charges which is not part of the Affordable policy & also forcing us to take Fit Out possession. We raised our concerns to government authorities however they are supporting the builder and not taking any appropriate action.
We would humble request you to take this issue as 1st priority and address as many of the buyers are facing these challenges in some way and don't have option to survive.
It is the problem for country and appreciate your interfere on the same. Regards Manoj sharma
