I am applied for a flat under PM Affordable Housing Policy in 2018 with Aster Infrahome Private Limited. I got flat in the draw in project was started from 2015 I paid 100% amount to above Builder. Now, more than 7.5 years has passed and could not get my flat. I followed up with Builder office many times and made his compliant to DTP Deptt also but nothing is happening. I came to know that Builder's license has expired in July 2019 and since then he has not renewed it. He is offering us Fitout possession and demanding unreasonable charges. Builder is threatening Buyers to go anywhere in any court. And Builder is charging like these are luxury flats. He is not following PM Affordable Housing Policy. You are requested to please help me to get the flat.

Dear Sir. We want to highlight one point to your mind that in the name of Affordable Housing Scheme most of the builders are misusing the guidelines & that too the government authorities are aware of all these issues and NOT at all serious taking up these concerns of customer. I have booked a flat at Green Court Sec 90 Gurgaon Haryana & the builder is charging undue charges which is not part of the Affordable policy & also forcing us to take Fit Out possession. We raised our concerns to government authorities however they are supporting the builder and not taking any appropriate action. We would humble request you to take this issue as 1st priority and address as many of the buyers are facing these challenges in some way and don't have option to survive. It is the problem for country and appreciate your interfere on the same.
