Sir, I am a retired banker. i have worked in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in my service period. fortunately during my service i have worked as Internal Auditor and audited some of controlling offices in several states in my bank. my main concern is while bank is extending monetary help to the public on their demand but in return why they do not intend to return the landed money and in many cases people do not even continue the job for which they took the loan. for this what I observed is lacking in our administrative portfolio which must act prudently and people should be made to properly utilise the funds and return the money in timely manner. I want all the machinery involved in this field must work for the development of people in general and should work to make sure to utilization of the fund in the actual work or must initiate step against such people.
