3. We should help keep the entry level jobs as entry level only in India . In software industries , if we could create more internships for children to learn ( not work as full time employees as they are no equals ), train them to become good engineers by having specific mentors and keep them as internships only, it will encourage a lot of kids . Giving them difficult tasks and letting them take each day as an exam rather than a learning experience will scar them for life.

Dearest PM Shri Modiji, pranam The biodiversity managed by communities since thousands of years to be recognized because those can support towards building climate change resilient communities. So many farmers are conserving traditional food species in India but not recognized by any authorities or registered. Those traditional species of food could play major role to sustain food security for future generations

Respected Sir flooding of residential areas has become the order of the day. Government may talk about plans for improvement of the same. Inland water ways need to be resurrected. Village heads, town heads can be empowered to make their canals with local support and finally they can be interlinked.

2. We have a lot of innocent ladies and men in rural areas that are very very talented in arts! Like crochet, pottery, painting etc. if we could give them opportunities and start selling those at good prices online and make sure that money was going directly into their hands, we could make those people with no college degrees rich for their talents instead of using them as servants or leaving them hopeless . Arts is really a gift from God and we should help them grow!

Har saal jab chennai jaise sheheron mein baarish hoti hai toh yeh Paani ruk jaate hain.. phir jo bhi paani LAKES mein bhar jaatein hain.. phir unhe jab choda jaata hai woh bhi sheher ke andar aa jata hai.. par yeh saara paani drain nahi ho paata hai aur iski wajah se poori takleef in sheheron mein basne waalon ko hoti hai.. Ab yeh saare sheher bahuth hi puraane hain.. so Re-Urban planning hum kis tarah se karein ki logon ko bhi takleef naa ho aur iss tarah se paani bhi aasani se drain ho jaaye.

Modiji namaste, Thank you very much for providing us the citizens , this forum to express some ideas . I had the following two ideas to uplift our country: 1. Start companies to hire citizens and residents to help clean up India’s waste. These could be encouraging if wages could be increased so people will actually feel encouraged to take up these jobs . Also, if we could bring some machinery that we could use to clean the trash instead of raw hands, a lot of them would step forward.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir, Respectful Salutations !My family joins me in wishing you Seasons Best Greetings ! My name is Shivakumar Vishwanathan and I recently became an entrepreneur drawing inspiration from leaders like you. I wish to state that, I developed an App ( CovInfo) to mitigate issues related to Bed Availability etc with inputs from Mr Sunil Kumar, DC of Vijayapura. This was given to the District Administration Vijayapura ( Karnataka) free of cost. It helped save many lives.
