Respected Sir… We have the best of skilled workmen in our country. Companies abroad recognize this and take our skilled people to work in their countries, which we are equally proud of. One embarrassing aspect is when it comes to foreign recruitment from India. When professionals get recruited, the recruitment fee is met by the Foreign Employer. However, the anomaly is in recruitment of our skilled workmen. 99% of Companies abroad want workmen to pay recruitment fee. This is even against the International Labor Organization (ILO) guidelines.
