#EnergySavings While walking or driving through the streets in cities or metros, i see all or majority of the street lights working fine and glowing. But during time 7-11 PM is it necessary that all the Street lights should be on? 7-11 PM is period in any big city or metros, where people used 2 or 4 wheelers with buses in the road with their headlights. Normally all the people drive with their vehicle headlights on in night condition. Why can't we use this period 7-11 PM or 6 to 10 or 11 PM to Switch on Alternate street lights across the big cities or metros. it will do 2 things 1. it will reduce the peak demand during night time. 2. Energy savings which will lead to coal savings. it is better than load shedding in residential, Commercial and / or Industrial area, which is currently going on due to neck to neck coal supply with increased demands in cities.

Good Noon Sir Idea of levelled education system and trained teachers environment for the students of such system is very well planned and designed. But, institutions are lacking in its implementation part and it's just theory for them again not to follow the changes being done by the AICTE for the better education system and for Better industry aligned education and career growth and opportunities for the students. But, institutions are still rigid to adapt this new atmosphere of education system under NEP 2020. There should be the strict regulations for each and every institute affiliated with AICTE to follow the same diligently. Otherwise, institutions are taking all these things lightly and institutions are just now acting like a Degree and Diploma Sellers in the market to flood fake degree and fake graduates.

Respected Sir, In most of developed countries Prenatal and Newborn genetic screening is part of their universal maternal and child health care program. This provides an opportunity to reduce burden of genetic disorders in population. India also got developed expertise and infrastructure ( particularly in tertiary care centers). Also country has capacity to scale this. There are some pilot scale programs going on in various parts of country. If nation consider to rollout nation wide universal prenatal and newborn genetic screening ( atleast for few common genetic disorders), that may certainly help to reduce the burden of genetic disorders in country
