Hon’ble PM Sir,
Denying Relief of PM Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PMKSNY) to West Pakistani Refugees (WPRs).
Most respectfully, submitted that WPRs settled in J&K on migration from Pakistan during 1947 started contract farming on land of Land owners to earn livelyhood. As per J&K Agririan Act, Land excess to the scale of Landlords was transferred to landless farmers. The WPRs being considered as Non Permanent Residents (NPR) as per Article 35A and Section 6 of Constitution of J&K, were allowed to retain land and land tax levied properly from them but land was converted to State Land.
Now, Revenue Authorities are denying claims of WPR farmers for PMKSNY stating that land they are holding is State Land, hence not entitled to PMKSNY. Therefore it is requested to Hon’ble PM that PMKSNY may also be provided the WPRs being the poorest farmers cultivating the land of Landlords since 1947 which was lateron converted to State land as were not considered as PR.
With Warm Regards

Respected Prime Minister,
Today, I feel proud to let you know that I belong to the cleanest city in India, Indore. After securing 1st position for consecutive 5years, still, there are spit marks on every nook and corner of our city. People still spit in open spaces and there is no proper infrastructure to safely dispose of oral waste. It was found in a study that Indians can fill 212 Olympic size swimming pools with tobacco spit in a year. Also, our railways spend Rs.1200cr annually to clean spit marks. We are making Bio Spittoons that will help to convert this spit into clean water(patented product). These can be installed in every public place in our country just like washrooms. Its high time that we start talking about making our country Open Spit Free, just like we made our country Open Defecation Free.
Yours Sincerely,
Aakriti Jain
