I lost my husband in Nov 2020 since then I didn't get the final cause of death certificate FCD because police choki has less manpower, unorganised and records are not received by the concerned so forensic reports from different labs was not traceable. The cauki took six months to send papers 3 kms away police station for generating police prathamik mrutu ahawal. Which again sent back to my area chauki... Now all these reports along with forensic reports of chemical analysis, histopathology etc. Need to submit to Deen of hospital done postmortem, they will generate the FCD.. mandatory for deathclaim policy. The death certificate was received with in 3 months of demise. LIC made death claim settlement with that but ICICI prudential will not consider. Every alternate day I am standing outside police choki and requesting for FCD and getting new excuse. I request to standardise this system centrally. One SOP and software for online certificate generation as so many departments are involved

Honourable prime minister I am dhruvrajsinh kher from your home state gujrat. I am son of a farmer. Since last 5-6 years our crops are not growing nicely and incase crops grow good but it has no nutritional values. I came to know about save soil campaign by sadguru Jaggi Vasudev according to him and many un scientist we have only 50-60 crop harvest left and our soil is on the verge of extinction. This problem has one and only solution policy changes on farming if you make farmers of our country aware of soil extinction and make them do organic farming and tree based farming then only we can say our soil is going to healthy and our future generations can live well. So if you bring policy changes in our country our farmers will do good and our soil is going to be sustained. All life cycle depends on soil in simple words if no soil= no life. So it is my wholeheartedly request to you sir please show your concerns about soil and make our country concious country. Namaskaram 🙏.

Most respectfully submitted that concerned Authorities in Distt Jammu did not allowed Social Organisations/Local Public Representatives to submit their representations/Memorandums to the Union Ministers during Public Outreach II. President West Pakistani Hindu Refugees, J&K and OBC organisations had approached the concerned Nodal Officer in Jammu Distt but not permitted as conveyed that it is peculiarly for Official purpose and to meet representatives from Political Parties and Panchayati Raj. Though in Kashmir, Local Public representatives were permitted, who submitted their memorandums. Therefore, it is requested that Local Public representatives and Social Organisation may also be permitted to meet the Union Minister and submit their grievances relating to Public, communities or classes of people so that public issues are heard by the Union Ministers to public confidence increased.
