आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार आपके प्रवचन स्वरूप 'मन की बात' का इंतजार करता रहता हूं। अप्रैल माह में प्रशन के द्वारा आपने पूछा था कि 'भारत का रेल संग्रालय' कहां है? उत्तर है *'चाणक्यपुरी दिल्ली'*। पूरा दिन लगाकर इस के दर्शन किए। बहुत कुछ देखा, बहुत कुछ समझ आया तथा आनंद की सीमा ना रही। मैं एक पोस्टकार्ड, 'पोस्ट संग्रालय' से भी लाया हूं जो कि तब प्रयोग हुआ करता था जब हम बच्चे थे, और मेरी अब उम्र 81 प्लस है। अब प्रधानमंत्री संग्रालय के भी दर्शन करने को मन ललचा रहा है। संग्रालय हमें वह ज्ञान देते हैं जो और कहीं से नहीं मिल सकता। रेल संग्रालय में छोटा सा इंजन देखकर हम सभी बहुत प्रसन्न हुए पता लगा कि भारत में पहली रेलगाड़ी 16 अप्रैल 1853 को चली थी। आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद परशोत्तम लाल अहूजा

Request to add VILLAGE CODE as MAIN AREA COLLECTION TAG in all CENTRAL & STATE GOVERNMENT DIRECT, INDIRECT, GST TAX TRANSACTIONS, LAND REGISTRATION & BUILDING DEVELOPMENT FEES to help in REAL DEVELOPEMENT of AREAS coming under the VILLAGE CODE Its high time we request Honurable Prime Minister to consider that the VILLAGE CODE TAG are added to all DIRECT, INDIRECT, GST TAX TRANSACTIONS, LAND REGISTRATION & BUILDING DEVELOPMENT FEES, inorder to TRANSFER A SOME FIXED PERCENTAGE OF TAX REVENUES COLLECTED FROM A PARTICULAR VILLAGE THROUGH STATE & CENTRAL REVENUES AND PAY IT BACK DIRECTLY TO THE VILLAGES BASED ON VILLAGE CODE to FULFILL the BASIC NEEDS and ENSURE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IS REALLY MADE BETTER for the TAX PAYERS of TOWN FROM THIS FUNDING.
