in all government meetings ,letters, government resolution, contracts etc. make one thing compulsory. While mentioning date also mention timings in hr: min: sec (all 3 should be mentioned) so that government officers will get sense of following timings strictly with date too. that will bring behaviour change in timely completion of project. In all 3 stages of democracy including PSU. this should be compulsion. All the letters, contracts to goverment by private sectors and between private and government would also be mention time . otherwise that letter or contract would be just piece of paper.

The youth of our country growing in child care institutions - home for rescued children are living at the edge of our society. The recent reports by the Women and Child welfare department, GoI too have found the education, skill education to be provided to them are not happening as expected increasing their vulnerability due to many reasons including awareness, networking skills, activeness, and knowhow of the home administrators. At age of 21 these youth are to move out irrespective of their skills and employment opportunities. Many of them have traumatic past, physical disabilities, intellectual challenges and their social rehabilitation becomes challenge. This weakens the youth force as well as these youth if are given proper opportunities would be very valuable to the country. If you as our PM, and the guardian of the people address the challenges of these youth, it would create a ripple effect creating opportunities for them. Hence I humbly seek your thoughts on the same.

Let us take our Environmental Science Curriculum in schools atleast one time each week and the school children to empty grounds and barren lands and fill their boundaries all with fruit trees and nurture them like children because another tree cut to print that book will have no empathy or compassion of any child towards something he/she has not experienced but because it is another subject most will not even like it. Also, we make these events as birthday celebrations of each child having their birthday that week from the Government/Companies willing/ Schools/Parents/etc. This will help resource generation, nurturing of children while nurturing the trees, observing children’s skillset in a barren or resourceless situation and improve innovation of thought and making human bonds out of screen
