Honourable sir, please go through the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is first and foremost a country-driven agenda, whose achievement relies on the full and effective commitment and participation of Member States. Spanning across urban development, climate action, quality education for all, civil society engagement, social justice and strategic partnerships, integrating culture in development strategies, processes and plans provides a wealth of opportunities for inclusive and sustainable communities.

regional trends and features developments on cultural policies and sustainable development. It reflects converging multistakeholders' efforts and partnerships federated by UNESCO aimed at strengthening and anchoring culture sector strategies into regional commitments and plans, notably to support sustainable development prospects. With a view to facilitate knowledge sharing and data collection at the regional and sub-regional levels, UNESCO and its decentralized offices, work closely with IGOs and Development Banks, to monitor trends, identify key challenges and opportunities in each region of the world, and influence policy processes that strengthen culture's enabling contribution to accelerate SDGs implementation. Such partnerships led to the more systematic compilation and analysis of data on the linkages between culture and sustainable development; the expanded policy dialogue on culture at the regional level.

As regional dynamics are gradually gaining traction around the world, pushing towards greater alignment and integration, the role of regional and sub-regional IGOs has proven instrumental in supporting the design and implementation of public policies. Public policies must be part of a multi-stakeholder alliance to maximize efforts towards shaping a more sustainable future. In this context, States, together with sub-regional, regional and interregional institutions, including Development Banks, are joining efforts towards concerted action to support on one hand, the development of the cultural sector per se, as an effective asset to the economic and social development, while at the same time fostering the integration of culture from a cross-cutting perspective into the broad spectrum of sustainable development.

respected sir please go through the development of our culture and its heritage .It presents the key milestones of our mission to strengthen intergovernmental dialogue and international cooperation, in particular through policy making processes, including ministerial dialogues, as well as related tools and mechanisms. It also provides examples of sustainable development strategies and plans at country level. This section also encompasses thematic strategies and policy mechanisms anchored in UNESCO's cultural conventions that provide a solid framework for cultural cooperation and cultural diplomacy across countries and regions, towards the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Finally, this section features prospective cutting-edge reflections in relation to the impact of culture on sustainable development.

as the UN specialized agency with a global mandate on culture, is engaged in unleashing the power of culture for the achievement of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Thanks to its normative action, UNESCO moves the 17 SDGs ahead through its six cultural conventions by driving sustainable impact. Culture provides the necessary transformative dimension that ensures the sustainability of development processes. The integration of culture in development processes, strategies and policies at the national level is already well underway across the broad public policy spectrum, from reducing poverty through jobs, skills and employment in the cultural sector, to strengthening quality education for all and social justice, to providing context-relevant responses to foster environmental sustainability. Culture should not be considered as a policy domain in isolation, but rather as a cross-cutting dimension that may foster a paradigm shift to renew policymaking.

Proper drainage, planning of construction of buildings should be well planned. due to lack of planning many natural calamities and floods are occurring and people are affected.

To avoid drought, we need to dig ridges and furrows in drought prone areas. Rural hilly Areas must be trenched to store water and preserve the natural tanks.Flood water path must be designed and should not be abstract at any cost. Our planning of construction of villages and colonies must be in such a away that they cannot be affected with flood and rainy water.still many villages without having planning are suffering with floods and heavy rains.
