R/Sir, my topic is concern with farmer's, As many times discussion held on fertilizer's consumption as it increases day by day and well aware about dragasticall impacts on our habitat/environment, & in an effort to reduce this soil health card also has been mandatory, but practically on ground level it is not working that way due to many circumstances, viz. mobile lab van cover only near by villages, KVK far away from many villages etc. so instead this, Is it good that local youth do all this activities which will be trained/ triggered by Block Agriculture department / ATMA etc. Thanx you.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी आपको सादर प्रणाम , मेरा नाम राहुल कुमार पुत्र श्री शिव कुमार निवासी ग्राम गोपालपुर पोस्ट बालावाली थाना मंडावर जिला व् तहसील बिजनोर उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थाई निवासी हूँ / मैंने हाई स्कूल २००९-१० में उत्तीण किया हे/ जेसा की में आपको अवगत करना चाहता हूँ / की २०१० से पूर्व हाई स्कूल और इंटर का रिजल्ट अखवारो में देखने को मिलता था और पास आउट होने के लिए दिन रात पढाई करने मात्र से ही सिर्फ पास होया जाता था परन्तु २०१० के बाद राज्य सरकार द्वारा ग्रेटिंग सिस्टम करने के बाद बच्चो को बिना पढाई करे ही पास होना कम्पलसिरी कर दिया हें और स्कूल की और से ३० नम्बर प्रक्टिकल के नाम पर दिए जाते हें / जिससे ८० से ९० परसेंट आती हें / इस कारण से २०१० से पूर्व पास होने वाले मेरिट लिस्ट पर होने वाली भर्तीयो में नम्बर नही आता हें आपसे विन्रम निवेदन हें की आप विशेष रूप से २०१० से पूर्व पास होने वालो को मेरिट लिस्ट के आधार पर एक भर्ती कराने की कृपा करे आपकी अति कृपा होगी धन्यवाद
