War of 1071 when I was serving in the Civilian Rifle Training Scheme under the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India where multifarious activities in relation to the training of civilians in the handling of weapons, drafting of new recruits to the Indian Army, Air Rifle Training, etc. were in full swing. I was also involved in the Civil Defence Organisation, an honorary appointment made by the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City.
