It was during the Indo-Pak.War of 1971 when I was posted with the Civilian Rifle Training Scheme uner the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affair.s where multifarious activities of traning civilians in the weaponry were going on. I was also involved in the Civil Defence Organisation, appointed by the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City that time. The whole city of Ahmedabad was wearing a dark face due to the clamp down of curfew. It was really a spine chilling moment for me and my colleaguesa to undertake night patrol to lend a helping hand to the civic authorities in the discharge of their duties. For about a fortnight in 1971, we were virtually starved and exhausted due to the strenuous workload. प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपको सादर प्रणाम, मेरा नाम सिद्धि राजावत है, कृपया आप मेरी समस्या सुन लीजिए। मैं वर्धमान महावीर खुला विश्वविद्यालय, कोटा, राजस्थान की छात्रा हूँ। इस यूनिवर्सिटी में बड़े पैमाने पर घोटाले हुए है। काला पैसा कमाने के लिए 90% विद्यार्थियों को defaluter बना दिया गया है। revelution व defaluter की फीस बहुत अधिक है। योग्य विद्यार्थी अपने अंक देखकर पीड़ित है। बहुत गलत तरह से अंक दिए गए है, कॉपिया गलत जांची गयी है। ये तो हर यूनिवर्सिटी का हाल है लेकिन इस यूनिवर्सिटी में और भी अन्य घोटाले हुए है, असाइनमेंट सबमिट के बाद भी NC रिजल्ट दिया है। दो साल की डिग्री 4 साल में पूरी हो री है। फाइनल के एग्जाम है और प्रीवियस के प्रैक्टिकल कैम्प भी नही लगे है। corona में सब यूनिवर्सिटी से बैलेंस कर लिया लेकिन ये विद्यार्थीओ के भविष्य के साथ खेल रही है, योग्य विद्यार्थी वक़्त पर कोर्स पूरा न होने के कारण compition नही दे पा रहे है। आपसे निवेदन है पुनः कॉपीज की जांच हो और विद्यार्थियों के सामने हो। कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कि विस्तार से अन्य घोटाले आप document में पड़े, कृपया समय पर समाधान करें।

Hon'ble PMSir, Government channel for approval of anything is very lengthy. There is a big channel from dealing hand upto Secretary. Your efforts to reduce the channel is appreciated but this can only be proved fruitful if unnecessary officer's post are removed. Unless these posts are removed, officers would continue to send files as per existing channel irrespective of any directive. I would like to suggest that at the level of Section Officer and Under Secretary, only one post should be there. Both post should be merged to expedite the section level work. Two officers are unnecessarily hampering the files. Similarly there is no reason looks to me to have Deputy Secretary and Director level post both. Both post should be merged and only one type of post at this level should be in Government. Also, there is no reason as to why we should keep both Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary. These two posts should also be merged. This is the only way to reduce the time taken in decisions.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी बहुत बहुत अभिनंदन,एवं शुभकामनाएं आपके नेतृत्व में देश प्रगति की ऒर गतिमान है। आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बार आप मन की बात में या अन्य संबोधन में घरों में राष्ट्रीय पर्वों को मनाने की चर्चा करें। हम जिस तरह दीवाली होली मनाते हैं उसी तरह 15 अगस्त 26 जनवरी क्यों नही मनाते हैं।1947 से ही आजादी के पर्वो को घर घर मे अन्य त्योंहारों की तरह मनाया जाने चाहिए था ।लेकिन ऐसा नही हुआ ये राष्ट्रीय पर्व सरकारी संस्थाओं तक सीमित हो गए।भारत माता की पूजा से या जो धर्म जैसे मनाना चाहे वैसे मनाने की शुरुआत आपके चमत्कारिक भाषण उद्घोषणा से ही संभव है।एक अच्छा उदाहरण होगा जब घर घर में सभी जाति वर्ण के लोग इन त्यौहारो को मनाएंगे। भारत माता की पूजा का उदाहरण यज्ञ शांति पाठों में होता आया है।बचपन से मैने यह ख्वाब पाला हैं। आप ही यह कार्य भारत करवा सकते हैं।
