आदरणीय, आपका ध्यान देश की उस पीड़ित जनता की ओर से आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं जो भूमाफियाओं के चंगुल में फंस कर अपनी पीढ़ियां केस लड़ने में लगा रही है। देश में सीधे और शरीफ लोगों की संपत्तियों पर कुछ दुष्ट लोग कब्जा करने में जुटे हुए हैं। पूरा गैंग होता है उसमें सरकारी कर्मचारी भी शामिल होते हैं। और वह उस जमीन पर कब्जा करने में उस गुंडे की मदद करते हैं। शरीफ आदमी राजस्व न्यायालयों के पास पहुंचता है। परंतु कानून की पढ़ाई से कोसों दूर रहे यह अफसर कानून को भ्रष्टाचार की तराजू में तौल कर अपने मनमाफिक ढंग से तोड़ते मरोड़ते हैं इन न्यायालयों के अस्पष्ट फैसलों के कारण माननीय न्यायालय में सिविल प्रकरणों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। जिसकी लाठी उसकी भैंस का कानून ही देश में चलेगा तो फिर एक आम आदमी जमीन खरीदते वक्त पंजीयन शुल्क के नाम पर शासन को लाखों रुपए का राजस्व क्यों दें। जिस कानून को समझने के लिए लोग पाच साल पढ़ाई में लगाते हैं ,जिस कानून को बड़े अधिवक्ता और माननीय न्यायालय समुद्र मंथन करते हुए न्याय का अमृत निकालने का प्रयास करते हैं. उस कानून को 45 मिनट के चंद पीरियड में कोई अधिकारी कैसे सीख सकता है।

New Educational policy will be start from 2022-23.New Educational year will be start from 13th of june and till most of the teachers are unknown about this. Practical knowledge must be include with therotical knowledge and that will be start from play group. In covid 19 pendamic we learnt a lot of things like to take online class, to prepare video, to conduct online meetings to use different apps etc . which was unexpected experience for us. Hon'ble Prime Minister Modi Ji This our mother nation is known in the world for presenting best learning model in education in ancient times as " Yatr Guru Pujyante, Ramante Tatr Devta" But it is painful in current times as Teaching is a profession that nobody wants to opt. The reason behind is condition of teachers in private schools. Lots of corporate pressures are given to the shoulders of the teachers who are already having the biggest responsibility of shaping minds of children. The Teachers are being paid very low they have no set working hours moreover they need to stand for the whole day while teaching. These things may scene very simple but slowly and gradually showing deteriorating effects on the mental and social will being of the teachers across the nation so I request you to address this issue sir . Sir please do something to bring back that interest where people should respect this profession and children should think of becoming teachers.

Heinous crimes in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra state. Yesterday, one 18 year girl was killed by 20 year boy in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra state in one side affair case. I don't see any statement by Home Ministry of both state government and central government about safety of school/college girls. Why Aurangabad police or government failed to protect the life of that girl ? We are daily listening crime news from Aurangabad city everyday. This city needs active police force who can protect common citizens from such crimes. So tell us in next Mann ki baat program... How you will protect such an innocent school/college girls from criminals or other dangers ?

विषय:-गांव में जनभागीदारी व जवाबदेहिता के लिए सुझावों को अमल में लाने हेतु। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी अक्सर हम यह सुनते आए है कि भारत की आत्मा गॉंवों में बसती है। लेकिन आज भी गांव पिछड़े हुए है।उसका बहुत बड़ा कारण है कि आज भी गांव वालो की निर्णय में भागीदारी नहीं होती और न ही पंचायत की जवाबदेहिता। हम पिछले कई सालों से गांव में जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे है।हमारा यह मानना है कि हमारे इन दो सुझावों पर अमल हो जाये तो गांव भी विकास के रस्ते पर चल पड़ेंगे। 1.गांव में होने वाली ग्रामसभा सभा की वीडियोग्राफी अनिवार्य की जाये,जिसे SDM/DC या अन्य सक्षम अधिकारी मॉनिटर करे और इसकी लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग की जाये(गांव की वेबसाइट बना कर) ताकि आम आदमी भी देख सके।क्योंकि आज भी गांव में निर्णय बंद कमरे में लिए जाते है और गांव वालों को कुछ पता नहीं होता। 2.गांव में सूचना पट्ट बने जोकि केंद्रीय पंचायती राज मंत्रालय के प्रारूपनुसार हो,जिसमे यह वर्णित हो कि पंचायत द्वारा कार्य कब शुरू हुआ,कब कार्य पूरा हुआ,कितनी राशी खर्च हुई,फंड किस मद से खर्च हुआ व कितनी राशी आयी और कितनी शेष रह गयी मनीष चाहार-7988663170
