The landlady Kristina was a 67-year-old single old lady who had worked as a teacher in a secondary school before she retired. Switzerland's pension is very good, enough not to worry about food and shelter in her later years. However, she actually found "work" - to take care of an 87-year-old single old man. I asked if she was working for money. Her answer surprised me: “I do not work for money, but I put my time in the ‘time bank’, and when I cannot move in my old age, I can withdraw it.” The first time I heard about this concept of "time bank", I was very curious and asked the landlady more. *The original “Time Bank” was an old-age pension program developed by the Swiss Federal Ministry of Social Security. People save the 'time' taking care of the elderly when they are younger, and when they become old, ill or need care can withdraw it.*

सर नमस्ते आज के समय में जहां रोजगार एक बड़ी समस्या होता चला जा रहा। जिसका कोई समाधान संभव नहीं हो पा रहा है, इस्का केवल एक ही समाधान संभव है की सरकार को सरकारी क्षेत्र के साथ साथ निजी क्षेत्र पर भी ध्यान देना होगा। सर आज के युवा के लिए आज सरकारी नौकरी ही उनका केवल उदेश्य होता चला जा रहा है। उनके लिए प्राइवेट जॉब कोई मायने नहीं रखती है। जिस दिन इस देश के युवा निजी नौकरी को भी नौकरी समझेंगे उस दिन बेरोजगारी अपने आप ही खतम हो जाएगी। इसीलिए मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया आपको सरकारी क्षेत्र के साथ साथ निजी क्षेत्र के लिए भी नई योजना लानी चाहिए जिससे सरकारी क्षेत्र और प्राइवेट सेक्टर में ज्यादा फर्क न रह जाए। मैं आपसे इस मूल्यवान कदम के लिए विनम्र अनुरोध करता हूं! धन्यवाद महोदय!
