In continuation to my previous suggestion, whatever I sent in my previous suggestion is a crude idea. But with a team of expertise & experienced persons. It can be brought into reality effectively. Transparency, effectiveness, productivity & efficiency are the need of the hour to attain the saturated optimal balance point in our Governance system. Once an effective GRP is implemented, it will be the dawn of a new era in the Indian governance system. Further, the monitoring of this system can be improved using Artificial Intelligence. Government works will be 100% transparent to all the citizens & also the PM of this nation. What more do you want? This is what we need. Please give this a thought Modi.ji. Don’t overlook my request & please kindly oblige. Jai Bhuvaneshwari Maata!!! Jai Bhaarath Maata!!! JI Hind!!!

In continuation to my previous suggestion, GRP is the need of the hour to maintain the optimal balance & further take it to a saturation point. Otherwise whatever the effort you put & how much ever trillions of rupees you spend, it will be a waste of time & money. By GRP I mean an ERP like SAP in the Government system, which is tailor made only for Government working system. An example of an instance of a GRP is, Let us assume tomorrow PM Modi announces a new project involving some 4-5 ministries, then, an instance called work object is created in the system under all those responsible ministries. Under each ministries the work object is divided into time limited tasks. Whatever the work is done, along with its apt proofs are uploaded into the system and the work object is released from that ministries. Then the work object moves to the next level of the project. All these will be able to be seen by a normal citizen by an app. Thus there will be 100% Transparency & efficiency.

या फिर 'work from home' करें ।
