My suggestion is, optimal balance is very much important in our society. For example, if there are many AC Manufacturing companies, & consumers than a limit, then there will be significant increase in greenhouse effect. If the ease of doing business is increased with relaxing some working class rules, then, the working class will be under stress. Because, the employers exploit the freeness of rules against the working class, in the name of productivity. This indirectly affects ease of living. Likewise, the whole system is a spider web of ecosystem which has a central optimal balance. There are many micro to macro mafias going on within the loopholes of this system, right from a small villages till metropolitans. If you want to overcome this, then you have to make this whole system transparent & efficient through the help of technology. Please implement an efficient GRP (Government Resource Planning) system & maintain the saturated optimal balance. Thus our country will be developed.
