Sir, India's black/unaccounted money is largely invested in real estate& agricultural land. Our tax laws are made in connivance of influential lobbies ,who ensures that they het all the advantages of Tax exemptions. India has seen many PMs & in multiple of FMs, but till date no serious efforts have ever been even attempted. Rich farmers which includes almost all politicians who are whose who, are never taxed, apparently shedding tears in the name "poor farmers". 20% of GDP is from Agriculture & related industries. Most Agro product co makes huge profits, but they enjoy the same benefits like individuals' Income from Agriculture are exempted. Aadhar Card linkage with Property records must be initiated ,covering not only future transactions but existing records too. This will easily trace whether the owners of palatial houses farm houses have declared their income in pro rata basis of value of wealth held. Again Excess income declared under Agriculture must be scrutinized via PMLA

But despite this, no respect has been received from the government. For the last 4 years, he has also been applying for the Padma Award, but despite this, he is not getting any respect. India is in need of president's rule to overcome political trumatic situation and social unrest out of political reasons.Here, political fight is alliance and opposition....in both no prime minister candidates to match with international race. Again,no one is South Asian ranking.Next, lack of cooperation and only power hacks and corruption for self maintenance etc are quite evident.So, as a whole Administration falls in trouble ie time to time rules change,policy change, unrest and public rousals results.Thus, wise is to desolve the parliament and general elections should be prirotise.Untill then results of elections come out, India should be under President's rule, prirotise. Many party' system is not for democracy smooth run and too many party' in to one party is also not advisable due to more conflicts may arise ie for Chief Minister, Governor, Prime Minister, Speaker, President etc posts.Again, monopoly and rigidness of important members encounters make political agenda in to piece

Sir, reservations on the basis of caste, gender in jobs and institutions is decreasing the quality of production in India. Firstly, in colleges students with low marks and lesser knowledge get in. Sometimes they may lack the prerequisites. Later they face pressure of college studies and incompetency. It may also lead to depression plus other psychological issues. In jobs, when employers with mainly the caste certificate in hands are employed they decrease the quality of the field enormously. The customers (citizens) have to suffer the consequences of reduced service. Quality and lives of students cannot be and should not be compromised. The solution proposed is that quality of teaching and environment in govt schools can be improved. So, students with true economic and social issues can attend schools and be able to crack exams of college and jobs with sufficient knowledge n not merely a certificate of strata.
