UGC ने अप्रैल २०२२ को एक गाइडलाइन प्रकाशित कर के एक सत्र में दो डिग्री किस प्रकार कर सकते है यह घोषित किया मात्र २०२२ से पहले अर्जित एक सत्र में एक रेगुलर दूसरी डिस्टन्स या दो डिग्री डिस्टन्स उनको इनवैलिड बताया है। सही तरीके से प्राप्त हुयी अप्रैल २०२२ इस से पहले अर्जित डबल डिग्री इस गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक इनवैलिड हो रही है। २०२२ से पहले बहुत सारी यूनिवर्सिटी नोटिफिकेशन जारी करके इस प्रकार के एक सत्र में दो डिग्री कार्यक्रम जारी कर चुके है महाराष्ट्र में (शिवाजी यूनिवर्सिटी कोल्हापुर २००७, मुंबई यूनिवर्सिटी २०१२ नोटिफिकेशन पत्र के साथ में) मध्यप्रदेश और राजस्थान सरकार अप्रैल २०२२ से पूर्व अर्जित डबल डिग्री वैलिड मानकर भर्ती कर रहे है। मध्यप्रदेश और राजस्थान सरकार अप्रैल २०२२ से पूर्व यह डबल डिग्री अर्जित उम्मीदवारों को नौकरी देना सिद्ध करता है के यह डिग्रियां वैलिड है। मात्र एक सत्र में दो डिग्री करनेकेलिए UGC नोटिफिकेशन २०२२ के पॉइंट नंबर ५ के अनुसार बहुत सारी राज्यों में सरकारी नौकरी जॉइन करने के लिए रोका जा रहा है।

When a person is kept in jail ,the other party tries to stall the proceedings by absenting in court. Due to this the under trial does not get bail or get the free trial for a logical conclusion of the case.This is misusing the law to keep the opponent in jail for as long a period as it wants.A clear example is the attack on AP CM five years back where he sustained only first aid injuries.But for the past five years the attacker is in jail without getting bail or a trial as CM did not attend the court for trial to begin.Due to this the person under trial has spent more time in jail than the maximum punishment to be awarded if found guilty.This is a mockery of justice system.We often hear from powerful accused persons " Law will take it's own course and has full faith on system" This means one knows very well that ones he frames somebody, he will continue to slog in jail with out any future.Distruct Judges should generate monthly reports about undertrials and their detention periods.
