Sir,Dowry and feast in marriages have become the social issues that poor section of our society cannot afford,hence become hindrance in getting their daughters married.People spent in lakhs in holding feast for guests and relatives which becomes a trouble for poor.Nowadays the trend in marriages is that people get bags full of Non vegetarian varieties or sweets including dry fruits which costs a lot in monetary terms but some times it costs a life of poor.Please look over all these social issues and issue some advisories and guidelines so that holding a marriage becomes easy for a poor.Dowry should be completely eradicated,Guidelines for no of varieties in feast and No of guests should be limited. One major issue is reversal of old futile law, one step towards it is changed the name of old IPC CRPC but not enough, Anticipatory bail provision should be in NSA like acts due to misuse of power politics like manish kashyap, even false fabricated case lodged in sec 366 and minor girl definition in sec, 366 a is below 18 but actual age remain three yrs more than adhar Or certificate age in India, so first of all thing is to govern india we must amend these things and prosecution story should be teated at par with defence story the theory of burden of prove has also defective, once SC ST lodged FIR and you have to pay huge amount to manage on local level, no anticipatory bail in this case, During British period they made law to protect rule, in false fabricated case make non bailable offence to maintain balance, fake case proved then lodge suo motto case against complainant and make non bailable offence, Fake case makes india poor , promote caste clash,give power to local body

Hi PMO Team, Thanks for providing a platform to share the suggestions. India is now growing exponentially with the leadership of Narendra Modi government. But I feel like we are not giving enough importance in contributing a responsible human community to the world. We can notice that we are losing our culture and mankind day by day. Indians are losing our respect for nation, respect for law, respect for culture, and respect for others day by day. I have few suggestions to Modiji and whole PMO team to control this issue. 1. Central government should take care of the whole educational system in India and Central government should print the whole syllabus to the nation. This can't be started in to all classes at a time. We should start it from Preschool for the kids and we should being up a better generation atleast from now. Better late than never. There is a character limit to share ideas.
