Respected PM Modi, The issue of brain drain has created a significant impact on sectors like ISRO, DRDO, BARC, and other crucial government organizations. Despite qualifying in competitive exams like JEE, many talented individuals opt for multinational corporations due to several factors. These include comparatively lower salaries, inadequate facilities, and limited support for career growth in the country. Presently, the percentage of IIT graduates working with ISRO, DRDO, and BARC is less than 1%. To counter this, I propose the implementation of comprehensive measures. This includes the allocation of increased research grants, the development of state-of-the-art infrastructure, fostering international collaborations, and the introduction of a voluntary 5-year bond system. Regarding Hilsa fish conservation programme: we started on board breeding of hilsa fish which is a priced fish ogf Bay of Bengal. They enter the freshwater river to spawn or breed. But due to heavy fishing pressure, pollution of the river, siltation, they are not entering to the upstream of the river to lay eggs. As a result their stock also declining. Thousands of people depend on this fish in Bengal, Orissa etc. To replenish hilsa stock, we started hilsa breeding on boat and releasing the fertilised eggs to the river at their spawning site. Honorable Sir, The average plastic waste from each household includes plastic COVERS of all the groceries, fruits & vegetables we buy (both online & offline), toys, items we buy online etc. I'm aware that I shouldn't throw this plastic waste here & there. It would be so nice if - 1. There are collection centres of plastic COVERS for recycling, one for every 5km radius in all cities/towns/villages, so that the entire public can dump their plastic waste in those centres. Atleast, the nature lovers dispose the plastic waste properly. 2. Proper announcements of the contact numbers & addresses of those collection centres to the general public reduces the scattering of plastic, thereby preventing drainage clogs, conserving aquatic life, improving beauty of sea shores (which in turn improves tourism), ground water table etc. 3. Educating the public through pictures to take simple steps regarding nature conservation makes the task simpler. The attached image is for an example.

Honorable PM and GOI and Department of Finance in India there are many private financial advisors who are giving wrong advise to its clients and due to which investor end up investing hard earn money in high risk business or Private Fixed Deposit Schemes and face loss but financial advisor earn huge profit as commissions. Hence now Ministery of Finance should make it mandatory for all Private financial advisors to get license for advising. If any of them found guilty of giving wrong advise to its client and in turn if client gets cheated due to wrong advise and lose money then financial advisors license should be confiscated and there Property, Assets Bank Balance, FD, lockers should be confiscated by Government of India as a fine for giving wrong advise. You need to make it mandatory for safeguarding investors and their rights. This will create huge impact on investor and trust on Government of India will increase.
