Dear Mr.Modi, I am a 65 year old lady residing in Kolkata. Both my children live abroad. My son Arjun Chowdhury is a Professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He and his family are supposed to visit us on 15th Nov. My husband and I will be seeing the family after four years. But with the ongoing India Canada visa issue it appears that they will not be granted their visas to travel on 15/11/23. As of now (27/10) we are told that only work related visas are being granted. whereas theirs would be tourist visas. Sir, kindly help us out. My son will do the needful at his end as instructed. Group C and Group D exams should be conducted by National Recruitment Agency. The central government had announced that public primary examinations will be conducted through NRA for vacant Group C and Group D posts in ministries and public sector organizations. But still the NRA organization has not started its work. Through this system, primary examinations should also be conducted for Group C & Group D posts in Central Government Textile Mills, Central Higher Education Institutions and Central Universities. Unemployed youth are unable to apply for various exams. The examination fee for all the vacancies has increased.In the interest of the youth of the country, the National Recruitment Agency should start conducting the primary exams immediately. NRA should be made operational immediately. Big private companies like TATA should also make it possible to select their employees through this exam.
