Bharat Varsh ke Pradhan Mantri ji, It is not Good Governance in Cantonments where several areas largely inhabitated by Civil Population are still outside Civil Areas and deprived of consequently deprived of land management by even existing Deemed Municipality of Cantonment Board inspite of Statutory Provisions u/s 46 of Cantonments Act for review of Civil Area after each Census & even when required. It is right time now to review Civil Area when policy of merging Civil Area in adjoining Municipalities has been conveyed to States so that 75-95% area largely inhabitated by Civil Population may not be deprived of coming under Deemed Municipalities of Cantonment Boards and merger with adjoining Municipalities in future. Otherwise people of 75-95% area largely inhabitated by Civil Population will curse and adverse your Government in 2024 for depriving them of Deemed Municipalities now and Merger with adjoining Municipalities tomorrow. Remember 1st Mantra of Gandhiji reminded by Vajpayee ji

This note (3) is in continuation of my submission dated 26 Oct 23, regarding Smt Devaki Amma (105 years), House name: Thottappuzhayattil, Vill: Mudiyoorkonam, PO: Pandalam, Kerala; reciting Ayodhya Kandam of Ramayanam on 12 Aug 2023 without any mistakes. She was an inspiration for others in the Village to recite Ramayana. The Ramayana group has honoured Smt Devaki Amma on Janmashtami day ie 06 Sep 2023. We observed that there are bed ridden super senior citizens in many houses. As we were reciting Ramayana, they were reverberating with joy as they imbibed its tune and essence during their childhood itself. They behaved as if they gained something which they lost half a century ago. This super senior citizens still reads Ramayana regularly. Pradhan Sevakji, please guide the youth to conduct visit to houses of bed ridden senior citizens, using Ramayana as a tool to instill confidence in them to lead a happy life ahead. Contact: Shri MP Rajendran Nair, Mob: 90721 21064.

Dear Prime Minister, I am Indian citizen living in Europe have a wish to hear in your next mann ki baat about the topics related to betterment of medical and pension system in India. Recently india have been ranked lowest in the list for of countries with good pension systems for the taxpayers. Even the medical system is inconsistent when compared private and public medical system. I am very concerned and curious to hear how our government is going to streamline these systems that add more support to world largest young working population in India who will be shaping growth and progress. I have a further request on Sustainable Development goals of India and its initiatives. India SDG index score is 63.5 which is ranked as 112. Most of the goals are like sustainable cities and life on land are pointing red with very less initiatives from the government.I am surprised to see the SDG Responsible consumption and production as green but in reality we still see there is huge plastic waste.
