Dear Hon'ble Prime Minister, I am a 11th std CBSE commerce student from Bengaluru and I am really excited to share an idea that emerged during the process of selecting a project theme for my "Business Studies" subject as a part of the CBSE curriculum.Even as the idea is being crystallized and yet to be documented,I strongly feel it has a significant impact if realized with GoI's and corporate intervention to transform the Socio-Economic status of our Marginal & Small farmers.This will have a direct impact on the Country's GDP besides the life of the Small & Marginal Farmers who make up over 85% of all the Indian Farmer community.The business case focuses on proposing an " Integrated Marginal Farmers i-Credit & Financial Services(IMFICS)" and the Tag line that I have thought off for this Service is " i-Kisan, Jai Kisan" I profusely hope that this idea though audacious have a strong national cause and finds merit for consideration which will truly encourage young students to think big.

Subject : Regarding making CITS compulsory for ITI instructor in entire Maharashtra state and county Sir, just like it is compulsory to do D'Ed/B'Ed in 11th, 12th college, it is compulsory to have M.tech in Engineering college, similarly it is compulsory to have CITS certificate to become an ITI instructor. CITS = It's managed by the government of India's ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship According to MSDE to become an ITI instructor candidate can enroll in the craft Instructor Training Scheme CITS. There are a total 33 Central government college (NSTI) college in India.I am a native of Maharashtra state. Maharashtra had released the recruitment for 1457 posts of Craft Instructor last year in August 2022 but CITS was completely rejected in it.After doing CITS course, CITS candidate can only become an instructor at ITI college. DVET wants to snatch our place in that too. And it is requested that 100%/eligible CITS candidates should be taken in the recruitment.

मा प्रधानमंत्रीजी सस्नेह नमस्कार, मै एक गणित विषयका अध्यापक हूँ.. और अबतक 2 बार राष्ट्रीय स्तर और 4 बार राज्यस्तर पुरस्कार प्राप्त हूँ.. मुझे आपसे शिक्षा व्यवस्था मे आपके माध्यमसे कुछ बदलावं के बारमे रुबरु होना है... आज के भाषा विषय मे क्या संमिलीत होना चाहिये आर क्या नही इसमे हम सब लोगो को विचार करणा आवश्यक है.. जैसे. भाषा चाहे कोई भी हो पर जीस प्रांत मे पढाई जाती है.. उसमे उस प्रदेश का अंतर्भाव होना बेहद ही जरुरी है.. वैसे ही इतिहास और भूगोल जैसे स्पर्धा परीक्षाके बेस विषय मे क्या सम्मीलीत होना चाहिये ये भी सोचने वाली बात है.. मेरे पास बहोत ऐसेही सुजाव है जिसें यहाँ इतने छोटे जगह पर नही रख सकता.. अगर पुरा लिखणे की अनुमती दे यां मन की बात रखनेकी इजाजत दे तो शेयर कर सकता हूँ.. कृपया आपकी मन की बात कार्यक्रम मे हिस्सा लेने की अनुमती दे के मेरे जीवन कृतार्थ करे.. धन्यवाद 👏👏
